Fiendish Fancies ships to the United States using USPS from Canada (via a private carrier.) US shipments are delivered across the border to a Niagara Falls, NY USPS location.
We ship once a week (usually on Fridays). Service standards for USPS First Class and Priority mail vary, however our US shipping service effectively eliminates customs delays and reduces transit times significantly (when compared to Canada Post.)
Shipments within Canada are sent via Canada Post directly, or using a private shipping broker to bring you the most economical shipping possible.
Buyers are responsible for all VAT, taxes, duties and import fees. Customs declarations are marked as merchandise with the actual value declared. Fiendish Fancies will not mark packages as a gift.)
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are permitted on nail polish.
Any items damaged or missing in transit will be replaced at no cost. No substitutions will be made for re-shipments.
If tracking indicates your package has been delivered, but has not been received, please contact us immediately and we will assist in filing lost mail reports or submitting a claim/report to the investigations department of the USPS or Canada Post.
Some bottles may appear to be underfilled to allow for expansion of the product in different climates. If there is any indication of leakage or breakage, or the fill-line is below the shoulder of the bottle, please send an e-mail with photos to sales at fiendishfancies dot com
Contents may settle over time. All bottles (including minis) contain stainless steel mixing balls - shake well to redistribute the contents.
Contents may evaporate or thicken over time. DO NOT use acetone or nail polish remover to thin your polishes. This will degrade the nail polish. To dilute your polish, add a small amount of clear nail polish, or a commercially-prepared nail polish thinner and shake well. Keep the neck of your bottle clean and free from excess polish, store upright and tighten the lid securely to minimize any chance of evaporation.
During extreme weather (hot or cold) please allow polish to acclimate to room temperature at least 24-48 hours before use. Use before that window may be difficult and polish may be thicker than expected.
